Revving Justice: Jeep Wrangler and Gladiator Settlement Unveiled

Fiat Chrysler Automobiles (FCA) has resolved a class action lawsuit concerning alleged defects and subsequent recalls of certain Jeep Wrangler and Gladiator vehicles due to safety concerns including what’s described in the lawsuit as drivers experiencing  a violent shaking of the steering wheel and front suspension at highway speeds, referred to in the lawsuit as a “Death Wobble” and is described as a very dangerous defect.

The settlement is designed to provide compensation to individuals who own or lease model-year 2018 to 2020 Jeep Wrangler vehicles or 2020 Jeep Gladiator vehicles.

The lawsuit alleges that FCA knew about the defect but failed to warn consumers or take steps to fix it. FCA has recalled certain Jeep Wrangler and Jeep Gladiator vehicles due to the death wobble defect. The recall includes model-year 2018 to 2020 Jeep Wrangler vehicles and 2020 Jeep Gladiator vehicles. FCA is offering to inspect and repair the affected vehicles free of charge.

If you own or lease a Jeep Wrangler or Jeep Gladiator that is included in the recall, you should contact your local FCA dealer to schedule an appointment. You can also check the FCA recall website to see if your vehicle is affected.

ClassActionLawsuit.US Does Not Offer Legal Advice

It’s important to understand that submitting a claim in a class action lawsuit is a serious matter. For any and every claim that you submit it’s important to understand that submitting a claim comes with the serious potential consequence of perjury. Additionally, submitting a false claim can negatively impact your peers who are eligible Class Members and prevent their rightful collection of financial compensation. If you are unsure about your eligibility, we strongly recommend reviewing the FAQ section on the Settlement Administrator’s website to ensure that you meet all the required criteria. (Please keep in mind that ClassActionLawsuit.US is NOT the Settlement Administrator.) Furthermore, before submitting a claim, you should be positive that:
  1. Every detail outlined within the lawsuit’s FAQ and/or claimant registration form truthfully and completely encompasses yourself and/or your situation during the timeline/dates specified;
  2. You qualify specifically as part of the same specific demographic being represented and righted in the case for which you are applying (i.e. You are part of the same age group, residing within the same location, during the days/months/years for which the claims application has been judicially designated for.)
  3. You have been 100% truthful in answering all questions during claimant registration for any class action lawsuit or other legal case.
If you have any doubts that you may not qualify or have not been completely truthful throughout the entirety of your legal claim and/or other legally binding statements or documents, ClassActionLawsuit.US urges you to attain legal counsel before registering as a claimant in any legally binding lawsuit.
